Absolute best. Communication, attention to detail, expertise, honesty, I can go on. I've never met a pro like him that double checks their set and makes sure all tiles are cut in equal size. Goes to show his perfectionist mindset. Thank you so much Luis, William, and Franklin. It was a pleasure talking to you all and hope you are doing well.

This was the second bathroom remodel we hired Tile Queen to do and the quality is honestly unmatched. Not only did we end up with another absolutely stunning bathroom, but we know that the work was done the RIGHT way saving us the hassle. My husband and I both work in construction so we know that the timelines you're given aren't always able to be adhered to, but Tile Queen stuck to the timeline and the communication of where we were at in the process was incredible. We will definitely be recommending them to any and everyone needing a bathroom update!

Luis did an amazing job, He’s a perfectionist and wants you to love his work. He makes your vision it a reality. We only planned to do the master bathroom, but was so happy with him we also remodeled the guest bathroom.

I had two bathrooms totally remodeled. Luis and his crew did an outstanding job. Luis worked with us to make sure we understood clearly everything that he was going to do. He helped us pick out beautiful Tile, a beautiful countertop, cabinets, mirror, toilet/bidet. I have no vision for. design so Luis helped us design a perfect bathroom. his Tile work was meticulously measured, and installed. His price was comparable and or less than other bids that I received. Plus, I felt he provided a more personal service by having us pick out and confirm the types of Tile cabinetry flooring in the shower. I asked a lot of questions, and he was very patient answering all my questions. I also appreciated that Luis uses high-quality materials for the Job. Luis helped us pick out a cabinet and countertop and faucets for the sink. We are very happy with how it matches so well. One thing to note is that Luis doesn’t pretend to do everything and know everything. His expertise is Tile. He Contracts out to an expert for a countertop and backsplash who has been in business for many many years and guarantees his work. The same with the barn door style glass shower door. Luis contracted that out to another expert who has been in a business for a large number of years and guarantees their work. Again, I must say the quality of the materials was outstanding.

Luis and Roberto remodeled two showers for us and also installed a front door, and I truly cannot overstate how amazing they were. We feel so grateful to have found them. From the start, Luis went above and beyond. He came out multiple times to quote at our request, never with any complaints, and always ready with creative solutions. Out of three companies we received quotes from, his was easily the most competitive. He even broke down different pricing options depending on the tile we chose, suggested ways to save money, and was equally willing to do the work no matter which route we took. His communication was outstanding, and his design ideas made the whole process easier. He also handled every aspect of the job—like coordinating the glass installation—while other remodelers told us we’d have to arrange that ourselves. Both Luis and Roberto were a pleasure to have in our home, and they actually made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable. We were so happy with our first shower that we had them back a month later to complete the second one, and they also hung a door for us at the same time. They are now our go-to team for any home or construction projects, and we genuinely look forward to having them back soon. We trust their word and their work and that’s hard to find these days! Can’t recommend them enough.
